SCOUT FEES

New Scouts: The fees below are collected by Scouts BSA at the time of registration by credit card online or by check if filling out a paper application. Pack fees are paid directly to the pack via Venmo or check.

Returning Scouts: National and Council fees are collected by Scouting America. An email will be sent 60 and 30 days ahead of your renewal reminding you to pay the National and Council fees and how.

Pack 490 Fee**: $0 - $250

**Pack 490 fee is determined by each scout’s annual popcorn fundraising. See below for more information. Fees are due by 11/30/25 and can be paid by Venmo or check to the pack Treasurer.

POPCORN SALE
This is our primary method to raise funds to support our annual program costs. All Scouts (New and Returning) are expected to sell popcorn which helps to ensure the Pack can afford to pay for all the activities and adventures planned throughout the year.

New and returning scouts have a $250 pack fee. The amount due on 11/30/25 is prorated based on the amount of popcorn sold. Scouts can apply $0.33 per $1 popcorn sold towards annual pack fees. Scouts who sell $775 or more of popcorn will have a $0 pack fee.
